CMD Properties is a Gold Coast-based buyer's agency. We believe every buyer deserves professional representation. We're here to make that happen.
The short version: we got tired of watching buyers get outgunned.
The agent showing you through the door works for the seller. Their job is to get the highest price possible. That's not a fair fight. CMD was founded to put a qualified, experienced professional on the buyer's side of every transaction.
We're based on the Gold Coast because it's home — but we work with clients nationally because opportunity doesn't respect state borders.
