CMD Properties operates as an exclusive buyer's agency licensed to represent property buyers across Australia. Our services include, but are not limited to: • Property strategy and investment consultation. • Property sourcing, research, and due diligence. • Negotiation and acquisition on behalf of buyers. • Portfolio review and growth planning. • Development site identification and advocacy. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a formal Buyer's Agency Agreement signed between CMD Properties and the client prior to the commencement of services.
2. Engagement & Fees
Our fees, payment terms, and engagement conditions are set out in the Buyer's Agency Agreement provided to you before engagement. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing. CMD Properties reserves the right to update its fee structure for new engagements.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information relevant to your property goals and financial circumstances. • Notify us promptly of any material changes to your situation. • Obtain independent legal, financial, and tax advice before entering into any property transaction. • Act in good faith throughout the engagement.
4. No Financial Advice
CMD Properties is a licensed buyer's agency and does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). Nothing we provide constitutes financial product advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Any information or guidance provided is general property information only. You should seek independent financial advice before making any investment decision.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, reports, and data — is the property of CMD Properties or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability

These referrals are made in good faith and do not constitute an endorsement. CMD Properties is not responsible for the services, advice, or conduct of any third party.

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the terms of the Buyer's Agency Agreement. CMD Properties reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or other users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
